Can't make incoming calls via peer-to-peer

Postby TristanPLDT » Mon Feb 27, 2012 6:33 am

Good day!

I am currently using Eyebeam v1.5.7 to test SIP trunk readiness in our SIP Provider network. My main objective is to test network readiness for SIP Trunk without IPPBX presence.

I am able to test outgoing calls from Eyebeam going to our SIP Gateway (SBC – Acme Packet), however I cannot test incoming calls to Eyebeam.
I can see that SBC is forwarding a SIP Invite to Eyebeam’s 5060 UDP port, but Eyebeam replies to SBC with “Destination Port Unreachable.”
I have already tried to change the SIP IP and RTP IP manually by going to Topology but it doesn’t negotiate 5060 as its SIP Port. I’ve also disabled my Firewall settings, but it also doesn’t work.

May I know what I have to do please to enforce SIP IP and RTP IP. Hope to receive your comments soonest.

Thanks!
