Bria disconnects incoming calls

Just started happening a few weeks ago. Doesn't happen all the time either, very frustrating to trak down.

I will answer an incoming call, and as soon as I do the call is disconnected.



Anyone run into this? Searches on the forums and google in general turn up nothing usable.

This issue is the main reason I joined the forum. We are experiencing the issue as well. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please ensure that your topology options are set correctly.
In some cases you may need to select use local IP or you may need to specify a STUN server to use where in older version you had specified "Auto"

Yea we are having this issue with one of 1 of the 4 copies we have.

Derek - The topology was set to the "recommended" setting, so I changed it to the "use local IP". If that doesn't work I will try using STUN. out of curiosity on the STUN - do I need to put in a Username & Password or just the server?

I just wanted to add that changing to use Local IP fixed the disconnect calls.

Also it fixed and issue when a call comes in to our main line it rings at 2 extensions. The softphone (Bria 3) extension would only get 2 rings and hang up.

hi, i have just bought Bria 3 and i am unable to answer external calls, i get 'call ended' when i try to answer them. internal calls are fine. I never had this problem with X-Lite which i tried before buying Bria.
