DNS problem

Hi, I have an eyebeam configuration problem.
We have used it for a couple of years, and it has always worked well, now I have to use a FQDN name for the domain instead of the ip address, due to the fact that we will have a failover pbx(a manual one, we will change the DNS record on the fòy...).
Unfortunately using the FQDN name, eyebeam gives me a 503 error, itt happens with and without setting DNS address in options/networking.
Eye beam version is 1.5.19, build 50179

just you can try with this site for the best DNS query searching site http://www.whoisxy.com/ @ free of costs.. First of all you must check here then you can get the best solution from that searching..

Was resolving DNS, but then it now fails

I have EyeBeam Enhanced 1.5.20.2 build 59031 installed on Windows 7 and this has been working without issue for months. My SIP account settings specified a FQDN for the Domain field. In the past, this did not work and I had to enter the IP address of our Asterisk VoIP server.

For the past few days, I found that my phone would not ring and I was missing incoming calls. I tried calling my number from my mobile phone this morning and EyeBeam Enhanced rang once. At the same time, I have X-Lite 4 4.1 Build 63215 installed on my Mac OS X Lion MacBook Pro and it is also configured with a FQDN for the Domain field. No problems.

I changed the setting on my Win7 system and specified the IP address of my VoIP server, and now it works fine.

Incidentally, I have Bria installed on my iPhone 4 and it too needs the IP address and cannot handle the FQDN
