While on the phone with a customer a second or third customer are dumped into voice mail after just three rings. I have it set to not go to voice mail unless unanswered for 240 seconds. How do I get this to work properly? We need to place people on hold until we can get to them.
Also, there is a call automation feature that says to auto answer after 5 seconds. There is no way to turn this off. Maybe this is causing the problem.
Using the newest version of Bria downloaded two days ago.
