i know one was going to ask this when i made the post
but after about a hundred hours of tinkering with the app i couldnt remember.

so here it is i went back on my notes

"Connection Reuse" is clearly an app setting but yet no mention of it in the pdf help file 2.0

all option terminalogies should be identically represented in the pdf help files

since as a renewed user common sense would dictate to search the help pdf file first

all about dotting i and crossing t

i am in support myself and like to keep things k.i.s.s. for my customers to reduce one on one support

ps: pdf should never be secured to a pointe of where i am unable to attach notes to pages
that lasted about 5 minutes

time would be better spent to authenticate and making sure the facts are provided

We've taken a quick internal review of the documents to be sure we're on the same page as you. Below, please see a response from one of our staff who handles the guides:

"That's correct that the current Android user guide does not include Connection Reuse.
The user guide gets updated for every dot release (2.0, 2.1, 2.2), but unfortunately not for every patch(2.0.1, 2.0.2).
However, to fill the gap, we publish help and Release notes for every patch release. We are working on updating the user guide for 2.1.0. In the meantime, the description on Connection Reuse can be found in help in Bria under Settings > Help.

As for PDF security, it is our policy to secure our official documentation. We allow users to copy and print PDF documents for their use. Let us know what you want to add in the user guide; we will make sure it covers everything our users need."

So if you have recommendations or additions, please do let us know. We value your feedback!

thank you kindly for your comprehensive reply, however

in my case, yes i should have reviewed release note, addendums etc not wanting to read your copy write policy
i chose to do what 80% of general users do search the pdf by "key word".

having said this there is no reference to "release notes" and "addendums" anywhere.

Again for a non technical person one can not assume they would think of reading release notes and addendums,
much less even comprehend the terms.

I would sugest to clearly mention by name in your help file that such documents exist and one should refer to them as a primary reference.

As for the pdf security totally unstandable, its so sad that adobe does not allow notes attachement in the free reader.
