predial number

three issues
1 - how do use a pre dial number. on my contacts that i imported from outlook, i have many numbers that are predialled (039391999), and the pause is indicated by a comma. when i call this number from the softphone, it doesnt work. current string is 039391999 , 00447985075207. How should this look in counterparth?

2 - in preferences, i select "on double click a contact" to call the contact, but it insists on opening an email. How do i fix this?
3- if i am on a call, and somebody calls me, how do i add that new caller to the current call?

Hi David

I almost missed your post.
(This is a user to user support forum)

1. eyeBeam does not support pause dialing. This is only a feature of Bria 3.3.

2. Please be sure that you have not overridden the default setting with the contacts properties.
(Primary contact method)

3. If you enable auto conference (AC) then click to answer the second call, then it will conference automatically.
Alternately you can enable both AA aw well as AC and any incoming call will conference in without intervention.
