Unattended Transfer

I am having trouble transferring calls. Using my Bria android, I place the call on hold, and then push the button "Add Call". On the next screen I type in the extension to transfer to and click "Transfer".

A message pops up that says "Transferring XXX" with the extension number, and then it says that the call was successfully transferred and ends on my Bria android, but the caller is never transferred and it eventually just hangs up on them.

An attended transfer, actually joining the call and then hanging up works perfectly.

Any ideas?

If you have not done so, please send an email to support at counterpath dot com with a description of your issue. Please send a log file as well that shows a failed transfer. Let us know the reference number in the email you send.
