Cannot Hear Called Party After Coming Back from Hold

I have just loaded eyeBeam and installed it - I had xLite and remember having this issue once a long time ago. I make a call and then put them on hold - they here music.
I take them off hold and the music stops - they can hear me, but i cannot hear them. "Use rPort is unchecked", "Call Inactivity" is unchecked. Is there another setting that is not right?

If I need to send logs - please give me instructions.
