Bria Iphone problem - Calls not being placed

Hello,

A good morning to you. I have tried solving my issue by looking at the different forums and the FAQs around, but I cannot find a solution.

The registering of my account works fine, but when I try to place a call, the app tells me 'dialing', but after about 30 seconds it stops the dialing process and reverts to the contacts screen. There is no error code or anything of the sort.

If you could give me a pointer or two, that would be great.

if you can send us a diagnostic log after reproducing the problem, we can look into the issue for you.

To post a log, go to Settings | Advanced Settings. Scroll down to Application Logging. Verbose Logging should be turned ON. Reproduce the issue and then press Send Log.

Following that, please send an email to 'support at counterpath dot com' referencing this forum posting and include the domain and username you are using.
