I know there is an old topic about this, but still, maybe someone can help.
I’m running an automated receptionist. We have a flash animation with all our employees pictures on a big touch screen connected to a windows XP pro pc. Visitors can touch one picture and a call is set up to the employee. The automated receptionist calls, using bria pro 2.5. Our IP PBX sets up the call to both employee and receptionist (read: Bria).
Because the bria is set to “auto answer” the visitor is immediately connected and has to wait until the employee answers his phone.
The only problem is, when the pc, who’s running the bria, reboots we have to manually activate the auto answering.
Can someone give me a work-around please? I would be very pleased!
