Bria 2.5.2 licence key

Hi I got the new license key for bria 2.5.1 and installed on one pc no problems
send the key out so other users could upgrade and set new key

after install says error validating license and will not let users change the old key to the new key.

as is closes after the error message.

The new key i have should be good for 160 licenses.

How do wee change to the new key

I have just bought Bria Professional and the license key that came with it is a dud - I downloaded the file as suggested by Derek Simmons above but the problem continues and now I have the message saying that I have exceeded the number of attempts in getting the license validated and so it looks like that I am now effectively barred from using the software.

I have sent two emails to tiffany of sales without a response so my initial contact with your company has not been too good so I hope that you will be able to rectify this initial impression?
