Dialling Rules

Hi
After much experimentation I now have BFO working within Outlook. The Conflict I cannot overcome automatically is the Dialling Rules of Outlook. Specifically where outlook inserts the Area Code Brackets ie (02)12345678, once these Brackets are removed Dialling is OK.
Does Bria or Counterpath have any remedy for this?
When is Counterpath going to patch BFO with Outlook Business Contact Manager?
I think BFO is a good thing but needs a bit more work Counterpath!
