Eyebeam Contacts

Postby the_tragic_hip » Tue Mar 10, 2009 9:00 am

Hey All,

Was just wondering if there is way to allow eyebeam to point to a different path or file for the contact list. Basically, we've got some eyebeams running on multiple computers and we want them all to point to the same contact list that way if we need to make a change to the contact list, we only have to update one list.

Another quick question ... is it possible to set the eyebeam to always have auto-answer active?

Thanks.

Peace.

That is not possible with a retail version of eyeBeam. I'm sorry.
It is possible using LDAP and Bria Pro.

Hello,
Since this message is an old one, I don't know if it's always not possible... I will be happy is you tell me about the possibility to import a contact list to Eyebeam from an AD or LDAP users list.
If it's always not possible, is this possible only with Bria professional ?

Another question, I did an import contact from a csv file but the only problem is that the vertical "Sidebar" is not working.

Configuration : Eyebeam 1.5.16.5 built 44253 running on Windows 7 64b

Many thanks !

Please update to the latest release.
Support is only available for that version.

Thanks for your response.
I tried to do an upgrade to my version, when I click on yes to upgrade, that close Eyebeam, and nothing happen after :(
I guess that is due to an incompatibility with Windows 7 64b ?
