What exactly isn't working?

Can you not see the Bria add-in?

Can you please check the view --> Toolbars and see if the Add-in is listed.

Thanks

I e-mailed this to support a couple of days ago too ... no solution/answer yet.

"We just noticed that when you log on as domain administrator the phone shows up in Outlook. The user we've been trying with earlier is however local administrator on the computer on which the phone is installed.

So the question is - what exactly stops a domain user who has full admin rights on a computer from using the phone, when a domain administrator can?"

Hi,

I saw your email.... And i am just trying to figure out why all of a sudden that happend.

You don't have to be a domain admin to use to Add-in.. My guess is it has something to do with your Profile.

So that could be something to try: see if the domain admin can login and rename your profile to User.old, then see if you can get it working.
