Dialout preference; asterisk needed

Hello everyone,

I've currently setup a sip client using Express Talk, which figured out that I need a " *36 " as a dialout prefix. With that application I'm able to dialout and receive calls.
But ... I like the interface of X-Lite much more and so I'm trying to setup X-Lite now.
Everything goes well, my account gets enabled, but the programm just doesn't dial out. I've tried to enter *36 as a dialout prefix, but that is not allowed.
Whenever I dial, I receive the following error: Failed to establish call.

Anyone knows a solution?
