Inbound and Outbound can't be heard

Hi Im using my Xlite to make calls and accept calls, when I was in xlite 4 all are doing good, now this new update force me to upgrade my version to xlite 5 now, im having a problem, I cannot hear the person im trying to call while the recipient can hear me.. Can any one help me I'am an old guy and have no knowledge about things on fixing this.. Im suppose to enjoy my xlite before but now its was mess up..

Very similar problem here....no transmission to xlite user....works ok with Cox cable....works ok with Duncan Donuts free WIFI,,,,but does not work with FIOS...did u get your situation squared away and do you have any suggestions...been trouble shooting with Verizon for 2 weeks now....john

JUST SEND A POST WITH SAME PROBS - TRUST IT CAN BE SOLVED VERY SOON - DEPENDING ON IT!!!!!! :mrgreen:
