Account won't enable

Account won't enable

Hello. I use X-lite at home for work, and have not been able to get it to work since you guys DEMANDED I download the new version. I have tried reinstalling it twice, complete with the codes to reconfigure, and it always says "account failed to enable." How do i fix this? Please help, I don't want to lose my job!
