I have staff using X-lite 3,4 and 5 and 2 out of the 10 are still experiencing inbound call drop outs after 30 seconds.
To start with, I've copied the exact settings from another agent who is not having these problems and I've also been though the forums here and elsewhere both to no avail.
We have disabled the Call Inactivity option
We have manually assigned the ports in the topology tab to use 5060 - 5071
We have changed the RTP Timer to a higher value than the default 300 seconds (5 minutes)
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
