Dialing Preferences Bug

I added 9 to the Dial out prefix under Dialing Preferences, I could not apply and exit without first setting an International prefix which I did not want to do, I did it anyway as I had to.

Dial 9 prefix did not work, nor could I now manually dial 9 calls are broken.

I went in to restore the defaults and I cannot apply the changes without getting an error on the Dial out Prefix field and the International prefix field of "Value must be a number"

It is now broken. Going back to X-lite 4 who's dial plan will not pre 9 either. lol
