I cant hear callers.

Hello,

I just installed Bria 2.0 on Android 4.0.1, I'm using an A7000 X18i chinese phone. I can make and receive phone calls but either way I cant hear the person on the other side. They hear me clear and loud. Any idea why is this happening? I have tested it only using wifi.

Can you send a log file from your device, along with your case description, to support at counterpath dot com? We'd like to look into the log to see if your audio issue is network related or otherwise.

Before doing so, you may want to try adjusting your Network Traversal Strategy under Advanced Settings. These options control the network flow and may fix the issue.
