Bria for Android User to User Support Forum

Our customer is running Bria Android 1.2.5.46857.
Everything was ok until unchecked the account to make some changes and now when he want check the account again to re-enable it he gets an error message from Bria "license error, the license key verification failed"

Can you have the user reboot the device? Typically any license errors are fleeting and go away after a reboot.

I Have same issue, I tried to reboot device, but still not working.

If a reboot doesn't fix the issue, reinstalling the app should. Try to delete and reinstall it.
We hope to permanently fix this issue soon.
