The older firmware versions on the Archos tablets do not provide a DeviceID or an AndroidID. We use these for license key validation for the versions of Bria purchased from the CounterPath store. (This won't be an issue if you purchase the application directly from the Android Marketplace.)

If an upgrade for your device is not available yet and you encounter this error, post a logfile from the device, then send 'support at counterpath dot com' an email with the logfile reference number and your order number and we will refund your purchase. You can then purchase Bria from the Android Marketplace.
