jjmarriott,

Can you advise what you are trying to call at the far end? Do you get audio at least?

Also, would like to see a logfile from the application after the failed call please. Use the Send log function from the Advanced Settings page and post the logfile reference number you receive please.

thanks,
Andrew

These are our standard troubleshooting steps for one way or no way media. Try these to see if they solve your issue, as they tend to resolve most NAT related media issues.

Under Accounts --> Your Account --> Account Advanced, please try to change "Global IP" to Off and see if that resolves the issue.

If that doesn't work for you, please try changing the Network Traversal Strategy under the Advanced Settings

Try to use Default Configuration
OR
Try to use Server Managed
OR
Try Application Managed
OR
Try to set to "User Specified" and set "ICE" to ON and "STUN" to OFF. You don't need to make any changes for the "DNS SRV" setting.

Please make sure you apply the settings and run a test after every change. If these don't solve the issue, change Global IP to ON, then repeat the tests.

jjmarriott,

Which direction are you having issues with and what is the other endpoint you are in communication with?

The far end may not be able to receive video in portrait mode. Try forcing the client to send landscape only - Settings -> Preferences ->Send Landscape = Checked.

Thanks,
Mike.
