Bria doesn't register when using Verizon MIFI

Hello, I couldn't find anything in the support forum about Bria not registering when using Verizon's 4g Lte Jetpack. I've tried tinkering with the jetpack's configuration but nothing works to get the Bria phone to register when connecting to internet through MiFi.

Are there any particular settings I need to tweak within Bria to get this to work? As a side note, I couldn't get my xlite extension to register either.

Have you tried the Network traversal Settings under the Advanced Settings? Also try changing the Global IP settings under the account advanced.

These 4G devices are often difficult to get working with VoIP. Sometimes, it helps to change to TCP transport, if your provider supports this.

Thank you, I turned on ICE WiFi and Stun WiFi in Network Traversal Strategy and it works well. I appreciate your help.

Most likely the STUN made the difference. ICE is only for audio routing, not for SIP register.
