Incoming ring notification

Hi

I have an odd problem. For the past few days my app - both iPhone & iPad have stopped notifying on incoming calls when connected by my ADSL.

Much testing has revealed the following...

IPhone app works when connected via mobile provider and also when connected by an identical router on the same ISP at a different location.

This suggests either....my router settings have been changed, or the ISP has adjusted something, but that's as far as I can go. The ISP switched on interleaving at about the same time the problems began and iOS updated itself to 5.1.1
The wireless AP has worked without a problem in both UK & France.

Looking for clues where to go from here. ISP or new router ??
