Video quality improvements
- fix for a crash when more than one video source per call encountered. Had been encountered using vidtel.com video conference service.
Guys you should REALLY try them. The service solves many video incompatibility issues between video applications etc.
- fix for some issues with video packets timestamps.

Several crashes fixed

Removed bandwidth TIAS attribute for audio medias, since some providers could not parse it (as they should).

I really really love the Bria! The best app.

In fact, I found a bug about extra info on history screen.
When outgoing and incoming call was made, displayed extra info was different each in history.

After outgoing call made, extra info was displayed with "softphone". This means "kind of". It can be a "Cellular" or "Office" according to their type.
But, in case of incoming call from sip account user, extra info was displayed with caller's sip account. Not a "kind of".

In fact, I ignored because it does not affect on main functionality. But 2.0.3, this issue is resolved. I am very pleased.

If I can vote again in appstore, I want to give 5 stars again. Thank you!
