We have a week old version waiting for review. The Apple review process has a huge queue.
We still did not make decision if updating it (and going to the end of the queue) with e.g. the DTMF fix, is the right thing to do.
So it is possible that the fix will be in 2.0.1.

Adding an option to change PT to 101 (or any custom value), can solve this problem without the sarcasm...
