You cannot make a change to calls in the history.
They represent the number that was sent for the call.

I need Help With the Dial Plan For Colombia

Postby maquido » Fri Mar 13, 2009 2:24 pm

Hello,

My VoIP Server/provider need the number with this format:

prefix 87 for cellphone
and no prefix for local

I have the address book, with

03 prefix for cellphones
and a prefix 1 for local numbers,

I need do this:

when i dial for cellphones 03 XXX XXX XX XX, that the dial plan change the prefix 03 for 87, and send the 10 digits like 87 XXX XXX XX XX

and when i dial 1 XXX XX XX, that the dial plan delete the prefix 1 and send the 7 digits like XXX XX XX

How do i can do that?

thanks

Here is my dial-plan (copy and paste)
+1xxxxxxxxxxT|xxxxxxxT|xxxxxxxxxx;match=1;prestrip=1;pre="9";match=2;pre="91909";match=3;pre="91"
If I manually dial a 10 digit number, then match=3 triggers, it puts a 91 in front of the 10 digit number and all is good.
If I double click on a 10 digit "missed Call", then I don't get any matches and the call fails.
If I waive my mouse over the missed 10 digit number, it is of the form 1234567890@123.456.123.456
What do I need to do to make this work?

X-Lite Version 3.0 build 52830

Good morning,

I am from Panama. Our country code is 507, so whenever I got to dial any local phone numer I have to dial 00-507-XXX-XXXX, on Panama we do not have area codes since this is an small country. so 00 is the international code, followed by the country code "507" and then the 7 digits phone number.

My current dial plan for my default provider is: #0\a\a.T;match=1;prestrip=2;

This is what I need it to do:

I'd like that everytime I dial as an example 9-222-3333 it would replace the 9 with 00507. So everytime I dial 9 at the begining it would replace the 9 with 00507. So what exactly do I need to type on the dial plan of my default sip account?

Thank you in advance!

I'm in Australia and using the latest version of Bria for Outlook.
For local numbers Outlook formats them as +61 0x xxxx-xxxx. I can't call through VoIP with the +61 so need to drop it.
So far I have: xx.T|+61xx.T;match=1;prestrip=0;match=2;prestrip=3 which seems to work.

The problem now is what I add for US and other country code numbers. For US and other overseas numbers I'll need to drop the + and add 0011. How do I go abpout this? Is it just
xx.T|+61xx.T|+xx.;match=1;prestrip=0;match=2;prestrip=3;match=3;prestrip=1;pre="0011"
I only just thought of this but will try it.
Also. I'm better off if I direct all overseas numbers through another SIP account. How can I do this?

thanks!

I think I have this partly worked out. I didn;t realise that Bria for Outlook would search each account for dial plans. I thought it needed to be directed to an account.
for only a few countries. dialing from Australia:

main SIP account - no overseas calls:
xx.T|+61x.T;match=1;prestrip=0;match=2;prestrip=3

2nd SIP account with local and some OS calls:

xx.T|+1x.T|+61x.T|+44x.T|+353x.T|+64x.T;|+65x.T|+46x.T;match=1;prestrip=0;match=2;prestrip=1;pre=0011;match=3;prestrip=3;match=4;prestrip=1;pre=0011;match=5;prestrip=4;pre=0011;match=6;prestrip=1;pre=0011;match=7;prestrip=1;pre=0011;match=8;prestrip=1;pre=0011
US, Uk, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden if anyone else wants to reference it (and it works)

Hi Richard

Your dial plan has nothing to do with how you dial a number unless you are trying to automate the process.
Please contact your VOIP provider for the information you are seeking.

Hi, I´m using X-Llite 3.0/Bria for Outlook 2.0. I live in Germany. I need a plan to transform numbers importet from Outlook. These numbers are normally in this format:

+49 (931) 7 10 50 51

I need to replace "+" to "00" and remove all brackets and spaces.

Result: 09317105051 or 00499317105051 (the latter would work on international calls also).

I really read the users guide and searched this forum for a solution. But to me its all hard to understand so all my own tries did not work. So thanks to solve the problem concretely.

Regards
Martin
