I am in a SOHO net behind a (up-to-date) Fritz!Box 7220, connected to the internet via TV cable (LAN port, not DSL). My SIP provider is sipgate.de , my Laptop's system a german Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the Windows firewall and AVG AntiVirus (only) up and running.
The Fritz!Box itself acts as PBX: it can use the analog phone line provided by the cable carrier, and use external SIP accounts. I configured sipgate.de there and can reliably use it to place calls from my internal ISDN hardware phones. But the Firtz!Box also provides internal SIP services to be used by SIP hardware phones and Softphones. I want to use it with Bria. This did work reliably in Bria 2.5.
If I set up just one SIP account directly to sipgate.de, all (except for issues described in other posts) works fine, at least unless I put the system to standby.
But if now setup just my internal SIP account, Bria crashes immediately after closing the config dialog (and upon following application starts until I manually delete the profile). So I did delete the profile and just configured the (internal) SIP account to be used. And it crashed again (and upon restarts).
Can anyone else confirm this behavior?
Any hints what could cause this and how to debug?
After transition from 2.5 to 3.0 I had the direct external SIP account and a non-active internal SIP configured. So, as long as it is not active, it seems not to crash.
