CRM intergration

Hi.
I am currently evaluating different VoIP Softwares to work with Asterisk PBX in my company and Bria seems to have a lot of interesting features.
I have seen in Bria features list that we can integrate Bria with a CRM. We currently are using a CRM and I would like to display the customer information from the CRM when a known customer contact is calling a customer rep. Here is my question : since we are using a web based CRM : is it possible when somebody is calling on Bria phone to open a web page and pass in the URL as argument the phone number and / or the name of the caller ?
And if yes how ?

That is not supported as far as I am aware.
