Incredibly Poor Video Performance in 3.0

Doing some evaluation on Bria as we are looking to perhaps deploy wiithin our network, Have 2 builds the 3.0 and 2.5.4 build 53956.

Running the same network config on both LAN connections for both Video endpoints making calls from the 3.0 build has terrible tx video quality, tested using both HD and High Resolution with Network connection speeds set as LAN and used numerous custom settings. Every time the tx video is pixilated, laggy and poor quality to Eyebeam clients, Polycom VX1500’s and Grandstream GXC3140, using the Bria 2.5.4 build the issue is not there, both Clients were used on the same machine, used the same cameras, tested with both Internal Camera , Logitech Sphere, and HD Microsoft life cam, each time the 3.0 has bad tx quality the 2.5 does not. The tests were repeated on another machine and exactly the same results.

Is there an update for this, 3.0 is pretty unuseable as a video product right now, so would like to get a feel on a timeframe since it's a top prority.... days or weeks ?
