Running Multiple Instance and registering them to CUCM

I am wondering how do I run multiple instance of X-lite in one PC and register them to my CUCM 7.1?

DO I create multiple End User in CUCM that I associate each instance in the login of X-Lite or I can use one and the same user?

In the PC, if I clik on X-lite, does it create an instance every time I run it or I have to modify the icon with a different command line so it launch a different instance each time?
