I am trying to get the voice mail icon to indicate when I have a message. I have tried numerous numbers - code provided by Nextiva, *86, variations of my number & extension....
Has anyone else had a problem with this icon? Am I missing something?

My voice message icon is not active. I know I have voice mails but cannot retrieve them from xlite. Please let me know what to do to correct this. Thanks :
