Imporoper Rending

On machine boot, X Lite does not properly render. The outline of the application will display, and the advertisement, but nothing else. Moving the mouse over the border and right clicking will re-render the window. Any thoughts?

Win XP Pro, 32 bit
Intel Dou Core, 1.86 Ghz
2 Gb Ram
Intel and ATI video cards alike
