cannot hear other side

when i try to make a outside call i hear a signal for a few MSsecons and that all, - i see the call is going on but i hear no sound. (Yes, other side hear me)
when i try to make a inside call i hear all the signals (my headphones are working well!!!) until other side is answers my call, after they are answers the call i stop hear anything.(Yes, other side hear me)
if i got an incoming inside call i hear the ring, but i don't hear the other side after i answer the call
i've send you the repport - it's name is 'X-Lite_Log_I'm experiencing one-way audio._120319_173118_0.txt' - here i tryed to make an iutside call

P.S. Around 95% of log file is
