How to Ensure SIP and Media Go To Same IP?

I'm trying to use X-Lite on a system that has multiple IP addresses. How do I configure X-Lite so that when it sets up a call between my PC (running Windows) and the remote SIP gateway, X-Lite tells the remote gateway to send both the SIP and the media packets to the same IP address?
