Account Setup?

Completely new to X-Lite and I'm finding it somewhat impenetrable getting started.

For one, there is account information required to use this product but for the life of me i cannot find any lead into the account registration process. The company I work for has a wiki page all about version 3.x but again, no insight into account creation. I also went to the XLite FAQ and found references to Bria but I don't see how that relates to XLite, do I need to run through an existing VOIP provider? Again confusing / incomplete information is making this overly baffling. I reckon it should just be as easy as downloading the client then registering an account (I know that Skype made this process patently obvious but I digress...)

At this time of year there isn't anyone around to give me a hand getting started, so if anyone out there can point me to where one registers to use X-Lite I would be most grateful.

Of course if there is a registration link right on the main page I've missed it, but then again I'm visually impaired and the CounterPath website isn't exactly "blind guy" friendly.
