drop call

I have installed the free x-lite on a desk top and on a laptop computer. Of course I have deposited into my voip account the required credits to use the system. When I connect to a phone number using the desktop computer sometimes the call works for more than 20 minutes and I'm happy. Other times the call last for 1minute and 4 seconds and then drops. I have to again make the connection, paying the connection charge, and again at the 1'04" time the call drops. I can move to the lap top and the call will work normal. Then again on the lap top sometime the call last for the 1.04 minutes before dropping. There has to be some problem and I not sure what it is. The only thing I know is that the system is not stable and in general not usable.

Is there any help for this problem

Phone drops calls after 20 seconds, have turned off Send SIP keep alives as suggested still drops calls at 20 seconds any suggestions
