Why won't X-Lite 4 answer calls?

I have a voip phone system at work. I have configured X-Lite 4 on my Mac as my admin told me, which includes a unique extension to get to X-Lite. It phones out perfectly but I can't receive calls when the extension is dialed.

I also bought Bria for my iPhone and configured it exactly the same way as X-Lite. When I call in and dial the extension, it rings to Bria on my iPhone. So my Bria works fine but X-Lite doesn't. How do I get X-Lite to ring for an incoming call to its extension?

I have exactly the same issue. I can dial out but not pick up any incoming calls. This has been the same for two operating systems XP Pro and Win7. Frustrating.

Does anybody know if there is a similar option on v4 to AutoAnswering button on v3?
