If the incoming call has no ID (anonymous/private), then when the call is put on hold,
the Hold and End button view (with volume controls) disappears after a few seconds.
Once that occurs, there appears to be no way to get it back and end or take the call off
of hold. This does not occur when ANI (caller ID) is present on the incoming call. Is there
any work around for this problem?
