Double-clicking on a call history item still brings up a dialog box and does not redial.

It would be a great improvement if calls could be made by just double clicking on the history items

When I try to set up an account and type a second line of information eg User ID, Password, Domain etc the other lines delete. So I can't set the device up
Any ideas? I am on Mac OSX 10.6.2
Thanks

Hi,
I'm using 4.0 beta on a Mac Mini with OSX 10.6.3
The new 4.0 beta version of X-lite fixed a problem of no audio in/out that I was experiencing with X-lite 3.0 on this OS.
However, if you use the firefox plugin called Telify, the 4.0 beta does not play well with it and renders Telify useless.

I would like to inform and ask a question.
Inform: Running the latest Snow Leopard seed (10A421a) the X-Lite 4.0 Beta doesn't work at all. Trying to open the Preferences does not open.
Version 3.0 opens and seems to operate just fine, except that that incoming/outgoing calls have no audio at all. I know I am ahead of the curve here, I am not complaining, just reporting my experience.

Question: Anyone has any idea if any of the other Mac OS sip compatible phones (like eyeBeam) will work with Snow Leopard?... I really want to test, but don't want to pay the license if this isn't going to work.

Thanks,
kiph

I have the very same problem with >> Raym <<<

I use Snow Leopard and X Lite Beta 4 build 56227 but the weird thing is it says X Lite Beta 3 not 4... On the other hand below the sliding text says its X lite Beta 4.

I removed and installed back several times but no change.

I can't properly add an account as it deletes when I move to different window. Even you don't move to different window, there is no save option so you've no chance to properly add an account. Can someone please comment on this?

My version of X-Lite 4 beta just announced itself as "expired" and automatically closed. It downloaded the latest version from "http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite-4.0-for-mac-download.html" and this version did the same thing. Any news on a workable version coming out?

Dear Derek!

You can delete this post, or do whatever you want with it. I will buy your retail software as last option. My problem is not the fact that X-Lite 4 Beta is expired, but the way!!! If the application informs me beforehand, or the trial period is stated clearly during installation then ok, but without any previous information, just stop working from one day to another is not acceptable.

If a company do this with a free application, what is used by thousands of people and the only answer for them complain is to buy the retail software... Hmm. I'm not sure if I would trust on this company in the future... So, I will buy the retail software only if I won't find better, and ready to pay even more, just not for you.

Cheers.

Hi Janos

The honest answer is that the expiration was not expected.
(Obviously this occurred when the build was first made.)

We will have a new X-Lite available soon, but it is not yet fully ready.

That's the best I can do for now. :?
