Outlook.ost is in use- Outlook then hangs

I installed Bria for Outlook on my machine. When i rna outlooki, i got the message "Outlook.ost is in use. close any applications using this file and try again". Then Outlook will open, but stop working in the middle- when it tries sending mail it tells me "unknown error". I was forced to uninstall this program for now so i can communicate via email. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a repair on your .ost file before installing?

Outlook worked perfectly well before installing Bria. After uninstalling Bria it reverted to working perfectly well. Clearly the problem is with Bria.

Definitely Bria is causing a problem with Outlook .ost. It costs me some weeks to determine that the problem is with Bria. During the last 3 weeks I've been receiving loads of Ost Corrupted messages. I've just reinstalled everything! And problem started again when I created the Outlook Account on Bria.

This is a very important feature for me and the main reason for buying Bria. Is there any Patch? Fix? Workaround?
