Data Received From License Server Appears to Be Corrupted

I'm getting an error when Bria starts up that I haven't seen before:

"The data received from the license server appears to be corrupted. Please try again and if the problem persists, contact Counterpath Support."

Once I click Ok, Bria closes. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling to no avail. I also revoked the license for that machine, which does allow you to enter the license number again, but as soon as I click ok, it closes again with the same error.

Any ideas?

Our company has over 100 licenses - we're a sales call center and are experiencing the same issue as of now.
I have sent a request via email, but can not wait until Monday to get assistance. Please advise.

I have the same problem, is there no emergency way to contact them. This seems like a major flaw on their part. We paid for this software and now they make it so we cant use it.. I have patched and cracked versions of their software that is working better then the one I paid for.

FIX THIS OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I've just got this in the morning, still there after a few hours -- any help please? It just shuts down after clicking the OK message

Hi Guys

I have taken steps to contact the folks from the office in Vancouver. (I am based on Connecticut)
Please believe me that this bothers me as much as it does you.
If I had an "easy fix" button I would have pushed it two hours ago. :)

I've just gotten hold of someone in Vancouver. The wheels are in motion.

Same here. I am using three soft phones for my taxi and limo operation, which is quite time sensitive. This issue is causing a huge mess for me so I am considering litigation. You are advertising yourself as a professional grade products company, but in reality your level of service and apparently your business ethic is below anything I have ever seen. How can you explain your total lack of technical support with a live person? How do you explain safeguarding only your company self interest by shutting down a licensing server, totally disregarding your paying customers interests and not offering any form of advanced notice and any fix for that. It is ridiculous!!! How do you justify charging a fee for a junk version while cracked version, according to the posts works flawlessly. You know I really hope this fiasco is going to hurt you big time, because you don't deserve to be in business.

Official response:

We are experiencing technical troubles at our data center preventing licenses to be validated properly.
We have dispatched a member of our IT staff to the data center and expect to have the system up and running again within 2 hours.

Please accept our sincere apology for this incident and be aware that we have taken steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
