Bria 3 pro is at taskbar only

Even it though logs in, it remains in taskbar. However it does not open. I have deleted it and downloaded it again. This is for Windows XP. Help! I deleted it and downloaded it again. It loads up and goes to task bar but then does not open so that i can use. ''ANyone out there?
The target reads:

Downloading newer version fixed it. thanks.
