Unable to register to pennytel on wifi Bria 2.1.2

Hi,

I have no problem registering to pennytel on 3G. but I couldnot register on WiFI. This started happening after the recent bria update.
I have two iphone 4 mobiles.

phone1 after bria update i did not delete the account, it is able to register both on 3G and WIFI
phone2 after bria update i dont know why i deleted the account and readded, after readding I entered same details in phone2 as they are phone1.

phone2 only registers on 3G and gives 408 on WIFI

I followed all troubleshooting changes advised, did reset everything but couldnt get phone2 to register on WIFI....

Please help..

just tested pennytel app, its funny that pennytel works both on 3G and WIFI. I never liked the pennytel app. Now I dont know want i am doing wrong in bria. same bria settings works on phone1 but not on phone2.
