I am using eyeBeam v 184.108.40.206 but I'm unable to receive incomming calls (outgoing calls are fine). It has been suggested that my BT Home Hub may be the issue but I'm not convinced. any suggestions?

I wonder if this is the same as the issue I have just posted.
Try disabling all but one codec (check which ones are supported with whoever is your provider).
