eyeBeam + OVH (ovh.com) SIP account

Hello to all forum users.


I've been trying for two days to configure a SIP account from an VOIP-SIP provider, specifically ovh.com, with EyeBeam with no luck.

The parameters that I've received are the following:
  • Geographic Number
  • Login / Username
  • Password
  • Authorization User name:
  • Domain/Registrar

After creating a ticket with my provider, and yelling that it was their fault. I've tested other SoftPhones like 3cx with that account, and they work properly.

The issue I'm having is simple:

There is NO SOUND outgoing from EyeBeam. No matter with type of number I dial, the remote peer never hears anything.

I've discarded a sound-device configuration problem, as I am using eyebeam with other SIP accounts and works perfect.


Does anybody know which EyeBeam parameter can affect a SIP configuration in order to do this?

I hope someone has any clue on what's going on.
