Fatal Error Closing Eyebeam after Sip Account Configured

Hello.

After installing the Eyebeam eyeBeam_Win32_1003l_30937 version 1.5.6.1 and right after configuring a sip account, the software returns a Fatal error and gets closed.

Please advice.

How can I send you the error report?

Please update to the latest release.
You are using a very old and no longer supported version.

We have updated and entered a new license but the error continues
