Hi
i have tried to search in already posted topics but could nt find a definitive answer thats why posting a new query
am using eyebeam (Version 1.5.20.2 build 59030) and having issues with "RTCP Inacitvity timer" feature. have got this eyebeam registered with my asterisk PBX.
what i have noticed from Asterisk RTCP debug logs that Asterisk is continuously sending the RTCP packets towards eyebeam, but as soon as Asterisk changes the SSRC, eyebeam disconnects the calls after 30 seconds (if the RTCP inactivity timer is set to 30, have tried changing to 15 and then it disconnects the call after 15seconds of change in SSRC)
so the issue is that eyebeam is considering the change in SSRC as stoppage of RTCP packets and its "RTCP inacitivty timer" starts ticking as soon as the SSRC changes.
is it a known issue/bug in eyebeam, i know i can disable that option from eyebeam's advanced settings and this will resolve the issue but is there a newer version of eyebeam available which doesnt have this bug
